Peak Peptides is committed to fast, discreet, and secure shipping of all orders.

1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING METHODS
We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States.

3. TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please monitor your tracking for delivery updates.

4. DISCREET PACKAGING
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. Sender information is generic and does not reference Peak Peptides.

5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain threshold during promotional periods.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
– Contact us immediately at Support@peak.you
– Provide your order number and tracking information
– Include photos of damaged packaging
– We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. REFUSED DELIVERIES
If you refuse delivery without prior authorization, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

10. STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
Upon delivery, store peptides in a cool, dry place or refrigerate as indicated on product labeling.
